2. Petronas Towers.

The tallest buildings in the world until recently, the Towers offer an observation deck called the “Sky Bridge,” with spectacular views of the city.

3. Merdek Square.

Step back in time and experience Kuala Lumpur’s famous square, filled with history and charm.

4. Jungle Trek.

Although Kuala Lumpur is a mega city you will be pleased to find out that nature is never more than an hour away. There are a plethora of exciting nature tours to discover.

5. Buta Caves

A short drive from city center allows you to discover the Batu Caves, formed over 400 million years ago.

6. Haggle with venders in Chinatown.

Take a trip to Petaling Street and enjoy sampling local foods and seeing the fascinating architecture. Check out the Centra Market a few minutes away in Jalan Hang Kasturi, classified as a Heritage Site by the Malaysian Heritage Society. 

7. Shop at Suria KL cc.

This enormous mall underneath the petronas towers is home to most designer brands. Often the mall has tremendous deals ranging from 30 to 70 percent.

8. Manara KL tower.

At present the 421 metre high KL tower is the fifth tallest structure in the world, and boasts a viewing deck 100 metres higher than the sky bridge at the Petronas towers.

10. Thean Hou Temple. 

One of the oldest temples in Southeast Asia, the six-tiered temple sits atop Robson Heights and is spectacular. This syncretic temple with elements of Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism is a grandiose structure and represents a successful combination of modern architectural techniques and authentic traditional design featuring imposing pillars, spectacular roofs, ornate carvings and intricate embellishments.
